The student comes up with some solutions to everyday leadership situations. The student has some knowledge of labour legislation.

The student shows understanding of the specific features of leadership and management in the culture industry. The student is familiar with operative management and human resource management in the culture industry. The student comes up with realistic solutions to everyday human resource management situations, and considers workplace wellbeing as part of management work. The student knows the basics of labour legislation and uses the knowledge to solve practical challenges at work.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student can combine new information with previously acquired knowledge, and shows proficiency in the specific features of leadership and management in the culture industry. The student is very familiar with operative management in the culture industry. The student comes up with realistic solutions to challenging human resource management situations, and takes excellent care of wellbeing management at the workplace. The student has a very good command on labour legislation and uses the knowledge to solve practical challenges at work.
