Descriptions

The Masters program in the development and leadership in urgent on-call services provides the area with developers, leaders and experts, who can work in widely in a variety of social- and health care environments. The use, renewing and development of ethical, proactive, sustainable and responsible procedures are at the heart of the studies.

Objective

The skills and knowledge of students graduated from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences are described according to the NQF, National Qualifications Framework, and the recommendations of the Rectors' Conference of Finnish Universities of Applied Sciences.
