Objective

The student understands and is able to identify topics according to the course content in their own and other people's activities, allowing these to be utilized in leading themselves and the employees. In addition, the student recognizes the basic contents of employment contracts

Basic human needs, well-being at work, motivation sources and risk factors.
Organizations and Effective Collaboration and Interaction.
Management models, supervisory work and critical situations.
Good practices in construction site management and cooperation.
Employment contracts, working hours and pay.
Commencement and termination of employment.

The student is able to describe the phenomenon related to leadership and management work through theory

The student will be able to recognize how the topics of the course are realized in practice in people's activities

By combining practice and theory, the student is able to develop their own actions in situations related to all course topics about leadership and management work
