Collaboration in Rehabilitation (5 ECTS)

Objective

The student
• understands the concepts of rehabilitation, functional capacity and collaboration
• understands the significance of their field as part of multidisciplinary rehabilitation
• can plan rehabilitation in collaboration with the client and other professionals
• knows how to utilise actors in the health care and social services system in support of the client’s rehabilitation
• understands the importance of record keeping in the rehabilitation process
• can apply structured record keeping in a client-oriented way and as part of multidisciplinary collaboration.

• Good rehabilitation practices and the rehabilitation plan
• Basics of setting goals
• Rehabilitation methods from the perspective of the service system in practice
• Structured record keeping as an enabler of multidisciplinary collaboration

ORIENTAATIO (ETÄ) PAKOLLINEN. Orientaatioon osallistumalla vahvistaa ilmoittautumisen tälle opintojaksolle. Opiskelija valitsee toteutuksen vaihtoehdon A tai B opintojakson orientaatiossa

vaihtoehto A:
- ohjattu ryhmätehtäväpohjainen, opiskelija pääsee oppimaan ja jakamaan ajatuksia muiden opiskeljoiden kanssa ja ryhmä tekee yhteisen oppimistehtävän ohjatusti.
- oppimistehtävän dl on 19.10.2025
- Tehtävää rakennetaan opintopiirimäisesti yhdessä lukujärjestyksessä olevien tapaamisten (ETÄ) puitteissa siten, että tapaamisten välillä jokainen ryhmän jäsen opiskelee sovitut asiat ennen seuraavaa tapaamista, ryhmä edistää oppimistehtävänsä tekoa myös tapaamisten välillä. aikataulutetut tapaamiset kuuluvat kaikki vaihtoehdon A prosessiin.
-Yhteinen opintojakson päätös LÄHItapaamisena Myllypuron kampuksella

vaihtoehto B:
- itsenäinen tehtävämuoto, ajoittuu läpi lukukauden siten, että oppimistehtävän palautuspäivä 19.10.2025 tai 7.12.2025 .
- Opettajan ohjausta on saatavilla työpajoissa, jotka aikataulutettu
-Opiskelija etenee oman aikataulun mukaisesti

Opiskelija sitoutuu valitsemansa toteutusmuodon (A tai B) aikataulujen ja ohjeiden mukaisesti yhteiseen työskentelyyn.

PASS: Same as satisfactory (see above)

FAIL:

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE BASE; the student

• does not have adequate professional knowledge or skills
• does not act according to educational objectives or instructions.
