Objective

Familiarize students with the Blender interface, tools, and basic functionalities related to character animation. Introduce keyframe animation principles and techniques for 3D character animation. Provide hands-on experience in keyframe animation, and the use of the Graph Editor and other animation tools. This course will guide students in creating strong and convincing poses, creating walk cycles and run cycles.

Content

The Basics of 3D Character Animation with Blender is an online course designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of character animation using Blender. This course is ideal for students that have some previous knowledge of some 3D software and some understanding of animation. But no previous experience in 3D is required. Explore the world of 3D character animation and improve your skills in creating animation loops for characters.

The student has complete command of the terminology of 3D animation. They exhibit an excellent understanding of basic animation methods. In addition to this, the student can independently apply animation methods in practical exercises and achieve spectacular and high quality animations. High knowledge and understanding of the Blender software´s animation tools.
