Objective
The student
• understands the role of operations strategy and how organisations design products, services and processes and how operations are planned, controlled and developed in a sustainable way
• recognises and applies operations performance metrics and improvement approaches such as lean management and quality management
• is able to perform production planning and execution process in an ER Psystem and understands the benefits of using technologies such as robotics and IoT in processes and operations.
