When you graduate from Business administration programme you will have wide knowledge of Business and you are prepared for diverse and international business.You embrace the change and you are a part of the solution to challenges of sustainability and climate change. You are passionate about learning new skills, you act ethically and you are an engaged member of an organization.
Development
Tähän opetussuunnitelmaan on tehty päivityksiä kestävän kehityksen ja vastuullisuuden osaamisten päivittämiseksi. Liiketalouden ohjelman opetussuunnitelma on täysin uusittu vuonna 2020.
Suunnittelutyö alkoi toukokuussa 2019. Liiketalouden osaamisalueen koko henkilökunta on ollut suunnittelussa mukana. Uuden opsin luominen alkoi laajalla selvitystyöllä tulevaisuuden osaamistarpeista ja eri sidosryhmien näkemyksistä. Valmiita raportteja ja selvityksiä hyödynnettiin laajasti. Alumneille ja nykyisille opiskelijoille tehtiin kyselytutkimukset tulevaisuuden osaamistarpeista. Yritys- ja yhteistyökumppaneilta ja Liiketalouden neuvottelukunnan jäseniä osallistui työpajaan, jossa käsiteltiin tulevan opsin osaamistavoitteita ja sisältöä.
Opetussuunnitelman uudistuksella on entisestään lisätty joustavuutta oppijan polkujen valinnassa. Tämä mahdollistetaan mm. sillä, että liiketalouden tutkinto-ohjelmassa ja englanninkielisissä liiketalouden alan tutkinto-ohjelmissa; European Business Administration ja International Business and Logistics, on yhteiset perusopinnot. Samalla on pyritty säilyttämään opiskelijan mahdollisuuksia syventyä valitsemaansa ammatillisen pääaineeseen.
