Kliinisen asiantuntijuuden tutkinto-ohjelma, digitaalisten palvelujen asiantuntija sosiaali- ja terveysalalla yhdistää aiemmin hankitun kliinisen osaamisen, ja tutkintoon sisältyvät uudet osaamiset terveysalan digitalisaatioon, digitaalisten palveluratkaisujen ymmärtämiseen, kehittämiseen ja hyödyntämiseen liittyen.

Digikliinisen asiantuntijan osaamisessa korostuvat digitaalisten ratkaisujen, mobiilisovellusten, etä- ja virtuaalipalvelujen ja digitaalisten toimintojen hallinta- ja ohjausosaaminen sekä asiantuntijaosaamisen tuotteistaminen. Osaamisen sisällöllisiksi kärjiksi on tunnistettu teknologiaosaaminen, eettinen osaaminen, tutkimus-, kehittämis- ja innovaatio-osaaminen, vuorovaikutus- ja viestintäosaaminen ja digikyvykkyyksien kehittäminen ja johtaminen.

Ylempään ammattikorkeakoulututkintoon johtavien opintojen yleisenä tavoitteena on antaa opiskelijalle työelämän kehittämisen edellyttämät pitkälle erikoistuneet, alan huippuosaamista vastaavat tiedot vaativissa asiantuntija- ja johtamistehtävissä toimimista varten. Opintojen aikana opiskelijan ongelmanratkaisutaidot kehittyvät yhdistelemällä eri alojen tietoja. Opintojen aikana opiskelijat kehittyvät itsensä ja muiden johtamisessa monimutkaisissa toimintaympäristöissä. Tutkinto tuottaa tutkimus- ja kehittämisosaamisen omaavia kestävän työelämän uudistajia erityisesti digitaalisten sosiaali- ja terveyspalvelujen kehittämisen tarpeisiin.

Metropolia Ammattikorkeakoulu on uudistuva monialainen oppimisyhteisö, joka kouluttaa osaavaa työvoimaa tarvelähtöisesti, jatkuvan oppimisen ideologian mukaisesti. Metropolia tukee oppimisen joustavoittamista ja oppijalähtöisiä ratkaisuja myönteisen oppimiskokemuksen saavuttamiseksi. Monimuotoisia, digitaalisia, innovatiivisia oppimisympäristöjä hyödynnetään pedagogisesti mielekkäällä tavalla, vaikuttavan oppimisen ollessa kaiken toiminnan keskiössä. Opintoja ohjataan oikea-aikaisesti ja oppijalähtöisesti, Metropolian ohjausmallin mukaisesti. Jokaisen oppijan ainutlaatuisuutta ja arvokkuutta vaalitaan koko opintojen ajan.

Objective

Koulutus noudattaa European Qualification Framework (EQF:n) mukaisia osaamisen tasokuvauksia sekä tutkintojen ja muun osaamisen kansallisen viitekehyksen (NQF) osaamiskuvauksia, sijoittuen EQF:n tasolle 7.

Opintojen aikana osaaminen rakentuu yhteistoiminnallisesti ja työelämäläheisesti rikastavassa vuorovaikutuksessa asiakkaiden ja alueellisten toimijoiden kanssa. Tässä moniammatillisissa tutkimus-, kehittämis- ja innovaatiotoimintaan integroidussa oppimisessa (TKIO) vastataan työelämälähtöisiin kehittämistarpeisiin, alueellisia toimintoja kehittäen.
