- recognizes the importance of a research-based way of working in service design

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

The assessment focuses on working during the study period and the achievement of competence goals. In order to complete the course, the required areas must have been successfully completed. The student can define the basics of service design and use key service design tools and techniques.
