Objective
The student will be able to
- analyse effective methods and evidence-based practices of work and functional ability assessment and employment support methods
- use co-creation and service design methods in the design of multidisciplinary work ability assessment and employment support services
- promote multidisciplinary work ability and service needs assessment and the implementation of effective assessment methods and good practice
- develop client-oriented, targeted and effective multidisciplinary employment support services and lead employment support teams.
Content
- Concepts and theories of work ability, partial work ability and specific work ability
- Evidence-based assessment methods for work and functional capacity
- Individual assessment, documentation and utilisation of information on work and functional capacity
- Effective methods of employment support and their implementation (e.g. quality criteria-based employment coaching model, Individual Placement and Support IPS).

Assessment methods and criteria
Course learning assignment is the basis for course assessment:
- Individual part of the assignment will be assessed as passed/to be completed/failed (must be passed to complete the course)
- Small group section will be assessed by numerical assessment (0-5) 100%.
(- Also possible intermediate assignments must be passed to complete the course)
- Learning assignment instructions and assessment criteria are in Moodle, they will be reviewed in the first teaching contact of the course. Instructions for dividing into small groups in the first teaching contact.
- A learning assignment assessed as passed cannot be repeated
