Objective

The objective is to become familiarized with the theories and grounds of management skills and personnel management particularly in expert and art-related communities and to obtain skills for developing in managerial tasks.

The student will have knowledge of the main theories of management and will have the skills to apply this learning to the management needs of production work. The student will also be aware of the forms and meaning of international communication and will know the main means of coping with work.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Students are aware of the most important management theories and models. Students will identify their own skills and to understand the requirements of leadership. The student will understand the importance of communication skills and able to work as an expert group.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student will understand the importance of the interaction between management and is able to combine the practical management work.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student is able to apply different leadership theories and models of practice leadership at work. The student has the practical management skills, good interpersonal skills and the ability to network. The student is able to act as an expert and the head of an expert organization
