After completing this course, the student will be able to: - operate in a responsible team leader role as part of a large international business event. - lead a team in delivering an excellent customer experience and support the performance and development of team members. - understand the overall customer experience and how it is managed in the context of a large-scale event. - communicate clearly and effectively in English in demanding service and leadership situations. - reflect on their leadership skills, interpersonal interaction, and personal development in a professional setting. - understand the structure of event production and the significance of different roles and functions in relation to business goals and customer experience. - work under pressure, make fast decisions, and critically evaluate their actions and decisions. - use feedback to improve their professional competencies and develop themselves in the field of events and leadership.

Lisätietoja opiskelijoille

This project is assessed approved/failed, based on student’s participation in training sessions, onsite preparations and rehearsals, the actual event days and a report reflecting the learning process after the project. In order to be approved, the report must be submitted in due time.
