Learning outcomes

The student is able to comply with legislation and employer obligations in the creation and maintenance of information security, archives and person registers. The student can plan and lead operations accordingly. The student utilizes and develops digital technologies and tools in the key processes, projects and leadership of social and health care organizations. The student is able to identify development opportunities made possible by digitalization, and respond to them as a manager, expert, or entrepreneur. The student enhances his/her ability to develop user interfaces, platforms, and digital solutions, and to lead development projects.

Itsearviointi, vertaisarviointi, opettajan arviointi.
TEHTÄVÄT (tarkempi ohjeistus Moodlessa)
Tehtävä 1A: Terveydenhuollon digitalisaatio, keskeisten käsitteiden määrittely, 10% arvosanasta (hyväksytty- hylätty)
Tehtävä 1B: Nykytilan kartoittaminen (yksilötehtävä + vertaisarviointi), 20% arvosanasta (arvosana 1-5)
Tehtävä 2: Kirjareferaatti (yksilötehtävä), 70 % arvosanasta (arvosana 1-5)

Arviointikriteerit:
Tyydyttävä 1-2 = Opiskelija osoittaa osaamisen arviointikohteissa hallitsevansa opintojakson perussisällön, mutta itsenäisessä tiedon hankinnassa, tulkinnassa ja kyvyssä soveltaa oppimaansa työelämän kontekstiin on puutteita.
Hyvä 3-4 = Opiskelija osoittaa osaamisen arviointikohteissa hallitsevansa hyvin opintojakson sisällön. Hän hankkii aktiivisesti tietoa ja tulkitsee sen keskeisiä yhteyksiä työelämään. Hänellä on kyky analysoida oppimaansa ja soveltaa opittua työelämän kontekstiin.
Kiitettävä 5 = Opiskelija osoittaa osaamisen arviointikohteissa hallitsevansa monipuolisesti ja laajasti opintojakson sisällön. Hänellä on erinomainen tarkoitusta vastaava tiedonhankinnan osaaminen. Hän osoittaa tekemissään ratkaisuissa itsenäisyyttä, vastuullisuutta ja kykyä ohjata muita. Hänen kykynsä soveltaa oppimaansa työelämän kontekstiin osoittaa luovuutta ja laaja-alaisuutta.
