Objective

Upon completing the course, the student will be able to:
- understand the principles of sustainable leadership and integral thinking and can apply them in the development of the organisation and community
- understand the perspectives of future leadership and can promote the functioning of a learning organisation and the development of a growth mindset within the organisation
- create practices that promote trust and psychological safety within the organisation, supporting a learning organisation and community-driven approach
- analyse their own strengths and areas for development as a leader and utilise self-reflection in developing their own leadership.

- Building trust and psychological safety
- Constructing a learning organisation and growth mindset
- Supporting change in feedback culture

During the first lecture, you will be oriented to the course and the assignments to be carried out, and you will be assigned to a group of students to work in groups. You confirm your participation in the course by attending the first meeting.

If you have to be absent from the first lecture, please inform the course tutors in advance so that you can be assigned to a group and receive instructions on how to complete the course.

The student demonstrates that they understand the basic content of the course but there are shortcomings in their ability to independently acquire and interpret information and apply what they have learned.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student demonstrates that they have a good understanding of the content of the course. They actively acquire information and interpret the key connections between different pieces of information. The student has the ability to analyse what they have learned and to apply it in practice.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student demonstrates that they have a diverse and broad understanding of the content of the course. They possess excellent information acquisition skills that are suited to the purpose at hand. The student demonstrates independence and responsibility in the choices they make. They have a creative and broad-based ability to apply what they have learned in practice.

Approved: The student demonstrates that they understand the basic content of the course but there are shortcomings in their ability to independently acquire and interpret information and apply what they have learned in practice.

1. Independent assignments in Moodle (pass - fail)

3. Assessed task: Group work and report (grading scale 0–5)
4. Independent assignment: Development plan (max. 2 pages) (pass - fail)
