The student knows the service design process and is able to develop user-oriented services. The student understands the importance of the service experience as part of the business.

Completion alternatives

It is possible to take part or all of the course, e.g. on the basis of previously completed service design studies. Supplementary/complementary assignment: study of the study material, essay and presentation of the chosen topic during the course, equivalent to the number of credits.

Student workload

1 credit is 27 hours, consisting of lectures and supervision (-50%) and individual or group work (~50%).

In the lessons, assignments are given in the order of the topics covered in the course.
