Objective
The student
• is able to evaluate and select appropriate approaches and methods for the research and development of work and working communities in their field of study
• is able to identify the starting points and concepts of the main research and development methods used in their field
• masters the principles of research and development design and the content of a research plan and understands the importance of research design
• is able to collect appropriate research and development data and has the basic skills in processing and analysing data, reasoning and reporting results.
