Internship in Developing and Leadership (15 cr)

Objective

The Students
• operate independently in different operating environments of elderly care
• are able to describe and analyse their own action theoretically and critically
• are able to assess the development needs of elderly care and find solutions for developing services and operating practices for elderly care
• are able to act as members of multiprofessional work communities and teams as representatives of their field
• are able to apply the principles of self-management in their own work
• identify the skills and proficiency required to lead the work community

Content

• internship (15ECTS ) in different units of elderly care according to the learning goals of the student
• developing and managing work community

Harjoittelun purkupäivä 1.4, toteutuu yhdessä Johtaminen osana geronomin ammatillisuutta -opintojakson päätöksen kanssa
