Objective

The Students

• apply dialogue- based customer work to strengthen the resources of an older person and the network of their close ones
• are able to define service coordination work approach and the different levels and methods of service coordination.
• evaluate and plan an older customer's individual service path and needs for counselling and support
• know how to use distance connections to counsel customers
• are able to utilise multiprofessional cooperation and networking in service coordination

Ahot-hakemukset osoitetaan opintojakson vastuuopettajalle, joka tunnistaa osaamisen (käsittelee hakemuksen). Aiemmin hankitun osaamisen tunnistaminen toteutuu Metropolian ohjeiden, tutkintosäännön ja opiskeluohjeiden, mukaisesti kaksivaiheisesti. Käsiteltyään hakemuksen opintojakson vastuuopettaja siirtää opiskelijan hakemuksen tutkintovastaavalle osaamisen tunnustamiseksi (tekee päätöksen).
