Objective
The student is familiar with the principles of people management and leads others according to these principles. The student is familiar with key labour legislation as well as with collective agreements and applies them in practice.
The student identifies and anticipates their staff’s competence needs and is able to use various methods to assess and develop competence. The student is familiar with the principles of motivating management and is able to support the activities of self-directed teams. The student knows how to create and maintain wellbeing together with the staff of an expert organisation.
The student recognises the key factors in a successful organisational culture and strengthens the staff’s motivation. The student recognises strategically important partner networks and their importance as part of management.
