Objective
The student understands the concepts of rehabilitation, functional capacity and collaboration.
The student understands the significance of their field as part of multidisciplinary rehabilitation.
The student can plan rehabilitation in collaboration with the client and other professionals.
The student knows how to utilise actors in the health care and social services system in support of the client’s rehabilitation.
The student understands the importance of recording information in the rehabilitation process.
The student can apply structured recording of information in a client-oriented way and as part of multidisciplinary collaboration.

- Functional capacity and multidisciplinary collaboration in the ICF framework
- Best rehabilitation practices and rehabilitation plan
- Basics of setting goals
- Rehabilitation methods from the perspective of the service system in practice
- Structured recording of information as an enabler of multidisciplinary collaboration
