Objective

• The student is able to critically assess and reflect own learning needs across the developing, teaching, research and clinical competence areas at an advanced practice level.
• The student is able to design, plan and facilitate evidence-based teaching and learning of individuals, and interprofessional teams.
• The student is able to apply and critically evaluate appropriate teaching, learning and assessment methods.
• The student is able to motivate individual learners and teams in clinical areas and in higher education.
