Students understand the significance of well-being at work in the social and health care field.
They Identify various factors related to well-being at work. Students familiarize themselves with the specific characteristics of well-being at work in social and health care. They evaluate their own well-being at work and possess concrete skills to promote personal and team well-being. Students apply methods and practices related to well-being at work in their own professional context. They recognize the importance of identifying and verbalizing their own competencies and utilizing them as part of well-being at work.

Job demands and resources. Work-life balance. Coping at work. Ethical challenges and communication in client work. Multidisciplinary collaboration and networking and well-being at work. Violence and the threat of violence at work. Strengthening well-being at work individually, within teams, and within organizations. Individual, work community and organizational resilience.
