Objective

The student
- is able to use concepts related to brain health and the load of brain work, as well as cognitive ergonomics
- is able to identify the connection of one's own lifestyle to brain health
- identify the features of stress factors in brain work and their effects on load capacity
- is able to identify the connection between psychosocial stress factors imposed by work and one's own well-being in different work tasks
- identify the opportunities of existing local health support networks in the work and study community
- is able to plan and implement a versatile weekly plan that promotes brain well-being, taking into account load factors and own resources
- is able to assess the suitability of methods that streamline brain well-being for one's everyday life
