Objective
The student understands the responsibilities of a team leader and outlines the operating models and principles of team leader work. The student can analyse and develop their skills as an employee and as a team leader and understand the basics of group work and group communication theory. The student can responsibly consider different actors in their work in their professional field and knows the principles of induction and orientation.

KM00GI16 Safety in Performing Arts Environment (5 ECTS) or equivalent knowledge and skills.

The student is aware of the responsibilities, operational models, and principles related to a team leader position. They are able to apply the principles of leadership in group activities. The student is capable of assessing their work community skills. The student understands the principles of induction and job orientation.

The student knows the responsibilities, operational models, and principles related to a team leader position within an effective live performance and theatre technology organisation. They are able to apply the principles of leadership in group activities. The student is capable of assessing and developing their work community skills. The student is capable of inducting and instructing others in basic technical tasks.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student has an in-depth understanding of the responsibilities, operational models, and principles related to a team leader position within an effective live performance and theatre technology organisation. They are able to apply the principles of leadership in group activities, communicating their objectives independently and effectively. The student is able to assess and develop both their own work community skills and that of the team. They are capable of independently and clearly inducting and instructing others in technical tasks.
