Objective
The course provides an overall picture of customer-driven business. Upon completion of this course, the students understand the role a company plays both in society and also with regard to other companies. They understand the essential importance of customers to business success. They also know how a company functions internally and how different functions relate to each other as processes.

• Central role of customer in the success of the company
• Key business functions: management, sales, marketing and customer relationship management, finances, procurement, production, logistics, project work, product development
• Key concepts related to business processes

Students have achieved the course objectives fairly. Students will be able to identify, define and use the course subject area’s concepts and models.

Students have achieved the course objectives well, even though the knowledge and skills need improvement on some areas. Students are able to define the course concepts and models and are able to justify the analysis.

Students have achieved the objectives of the course with excellent marks. Students master commendably the course subject area’s concepts and models. Students are able to make justified and fluent analysis and to present concrete development measures or apply the objectives in practice.
