Objective
The student carries out a planned by him/her and approved by Conservation Degree Program project as an integral part of his/her final thesis. In this practical work related to the final thesis the student utilizes his/her previously acquired expertise, applies his/her know-how, skills and theoretical knowledge.

Applying theoretical knowledge into practice.
Data collection and management.
Creative planning process and managing planning methods.
Relevant research methods.
Relevant and valid argumentation.
Reflection and project reporting.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The capacity to formulate and understand relevant problems associated with the work is limited and therefore the problem solving and ability to apply theoretical studies to a practical work need to be improved.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
The studies proceed coherently. The student is able to understand the basic motifs and challenges of the project and is able to apply theoretical studies and acquired skills to a practical work. The student understands the significance and causality of the work for his/her field of study.
The student works independently but there is still need for teacher’s further guidance. The student masters the complex of his/her work and has achieved a good level at her/his skills and knowledge
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The studies proceed coherently. The student is able to understand the motifs and challenges of the project and is able to apply theoretical studies and acquired skills to a practical work. The student understands the significance and causality of the work for his/her field of study. The course objectives have been achieved in a competent manner.
The student masters the subject area and has achieved excellent level of knowledge and skills. The student shows excellent theoretical and practical knowledge and is able to apply her/his knowledge following the established procedure in conservation. The student is able to work independently.
The student works independently and shows self-motivation and creativity in problem solving. The student masters the subject complex both in theory and in practice on a excellent level.
