Objective

The student
• can describe main mental health disorders and their underlying factors
• is able to form and develop a therapeutic relationship with clients based on interaction
• can describe the methods used in the identification of mobility and body awareness and methods of physiotherapy that promote mobility and body awareness
• knows how to promote and support the client’s participation and physical activity behaviour in different environments
• can combine the psychomotor approach to the planning, guidance and assessment of mobility
• understands the importance of adapted physical activity as well as the special features of guidance skills in mental health work
• can assess the importance of their own activities in the success of a guidance situation.
