Objective

The student:
- can describe the research process and the principles of research-based development work
- can describe the data collection, analysis methods, and working methods applied in development work
- can justify the methods and working approaches used in development
- understands the importance of synthesised research knowledge in developing and implementing consistent practices
- can act in accordance with the ethical principles of research and development work
