Objective

The student will be able to
- explain key management principles and practices
- acknowledge self-management, self-direction and community management as part of a functioning work community
- describe the factors affecting well-being at work and identify the key principles of its management
- recognise the principles of change management
- explain the management needs of an increasingly diverse working life
- describe strategic objectives related to leadership as part of supervisory work and the development of the work community
- recognise the importance of using RAI data as part of management.
