Objective

The student will be able to
- recognise the role of client guidance as part of a sustainable service system
- understand the importance of encounter and dialogue in client counselling
- define the methods of service-oriented working methods, counselling and guidance
- recognise the importance of the client's resources as a basis for assessment and planning
- recognise the importance of networks and multidisciplinary cooperation in client
guidance.
