Objective

The student will be able to
- explain the basis for the assessment of functional capacity
- explain what a RAI assessment means as part of a reliable assessment of the client's service needs and support for functional capacity and agency
- recognise the structure of the RAI assessment and the stages of the assessment process
- recognise functional assessment methods when concerns about memory arise.
