Objective

The student
- is able to recognise and assess the needs for research and development that are important for working life and clients using services
- masters the general starting points and basics of research and development activities and is able to apply them to develop working life in their own field of education
- is able to acquire, evaluate and critically justify research-based, high-quality and reliable knowledge and professional practices in their field and understands the importance of research-based knowledge in development activities
- masters the basics of critical thinking, forming concepts and theory
- acts on the basis of good research and development ethics
