The degree programme is implemented as a part-time study and is intended to be completed alongside work. The teaching is organised mainly on weekday evenings, about two evenings a week, as face-to-face and online teaching or a combination of both. The duration of the studies is 2 years.

Tuition mainly in Finnish.

Development

The Degree Programme in Change Management has been developed in cooperation with working life as well by carefully listening to students’ experiences and research related to working life.

The development of the programme is based on the principles of continuous development, collecting and carefully analysing annual feedback (students, AVOP, career monitoring and work-life connections) and taking Metropolia's strategic goals into account.

The feedback we receive from working life encourages us to continue: with the help of our approach to action research, new and innovative solutions to real problems of companies and organizations can be found by testing or piloting the solutions during the course of the studies. This builds a strong base for relevant competences needed in today’s - and the future’s - worklife.
