Objective

The student will be able to
- identify, evaluate and justify the starting points for research and development
- understand the principles and practices of research design in employment and work ability research and development
- critically assess data sources and their applicability and use them in research and development activities in the field of employment and work ability
- adhere to ethical principles and practices in research and development
- understand different strategic options for research and development activities
- select the most appropriate methods in relation to the objectives of the research and development project.
