Objective

The student participates in evidence-based prosthetic, surgical and orthodontic oral health care. S/he learns to document the treatment information. The student is trained to prepare primary impressions, precision impressions and plaster models in prosthetic oral health care. S/he learns to prepare the surgical environment and the patient in an aseptic way. S/he learns to prepare primary impressions and plaster models, to prepare and to remove orthodontic devices. The student recognises malocclusions. S/he is able to clean a mouth of a client in prosthetic, surgical and orthodontic oral health care. The student practises instructing the client in evidence-based prosthetic, surgical and orthodontic health care.
