Learning outcomes

Objectives of the course:
- Better understanding of how the roles and responsibilities of a supervisor and expert differ in practice
- A better understanding of how co-operation works on site.
- Identify itself and other kinds of communication and behavioral patterns

At the end of the period, the student is expected to know at least:
- Identify the assignment of expert and supervisor on the site
- Identify your strengths in your work environment
- Basics of Leadership Communication
- Basics of Time Management

Content

The course combines topical management topics and Peab's work experience. During the course, students gain access to today's working life and leadership skills. Each participant gets a personal profile to learn how to identify their own and other communication styles and behaviors. As visiting lecturers Peab's employees tell about their work and career paths in the company.

2. Differences in People - Me and Others, Basics of Interaction
3. Tools for everyday life: Fundamentals of Leadership Communication
4. Tools for everyday life: Setting up objectives, communicating and tracking
5. Tools for everyday life: Challenging superiors - when things do not work on site
6. Tools for everyday life: Working time management - My working hours are not enough for everything
