Objective
Students know typical manual and semiautomatic equipment used in soldering process. Students know what is solder joint, recognize typical electrical components and understand how components are places onto circuit board.
Students can solder simple electrical circuits onto circuit board with hand using given instructions. Students can solder components onto one sided circuit board with manual and semiautomatic equipment.
Content
Soldering theory, electrical components, electrical connections, soldering of components onto circuit board. Manual or semiautomatic machines and processes, paste printing, component placement, IR soldering, concepts in electronics production, writing of technical report.
Circuit board manufacturing, measurement of temperature profile, repair soldering. Visual and electronic inspection of solder joints.
Student workload
Työt tehdään pienryhmissä. Tarkempi ryhmäjako ja ohjelma ilmoitetaan myöhemmin TUUBIn tiedotteissa.
