Learning outcomes

- understand the importance of multiculturalism in children’s oral health care
- are able to explain the characteristics and developmental stages of the dentition and also identify the occlusion and malocclusions
- can perform orthodontic procedures in simulation environment
- can explain the reciprocal connection between oral health and general health
- know the importance and necessity of antibiotic prophylaxis in oral health care
- manage the first aid in dental injuries
- understand the importance of documentation and master the use of patient information system
