Location and time
Tasks must be completed by the time period. Carrying out an "Initial competence assessment" task in Moodle confirm the participation.

The student is recommended to complete this course before Gerontological Nursing practice.
Exam schedules
In the Moodle online course the student plans the schedule of his / her performance. Studying requires self-direction and time management skills. Drug calculation exam and Geriatric exam will be done in Exam room.
Gerontological nursing exam is in the Moodle without possibility to retake or increase the grade in the course.

Pre- and post-assessment of competence and competence-tests
Approved drug calculation exam
Geriatric and Gerontological Nursing -exam, numeric assessment
Approved online-courses
Activity in Moodle and returning assignments in the schedule affect the overall evaluation.
Student workload
5 cr = 135 hours students work.
Content scheduling
Beginning of the course
- You can log in to Moodle on the first day of course.
- Instructions for accessing the Moodle workspace can be found in the Oma course workspace announcements.
- Completion of the course is considered to have started when the student has completed the initial Competence Assessment on the first orientation side on Moodle.
- The student completes the course entirely online, except for Examia exams, so completing the course requires good time management and the ability to work independently.
All assignments must be returned by October 18, 2024. The evaluation will be done in accordance regulations by November 15, 2024
