Learning outcomes
The student work towards professional interaction based on trust, appreciation and respect for all families. The cooperation takes into account the diversity of families, their different languages, cultures and religions. The interaction reflects respect for the guardians’ knowledge of their children and for the staff's professional knowledge and competence. The student is able to utilize the different skills and strengths of the members of work community and act as an active member of the working community.
