Learning outcomes

Students implement an occupational therapy assessment process with supervision. Students analyse the information gained from the assessment according to the selected occupational therapy model. Students document the process.

Teaching methods

Supervised assessment process, students uses one of the MOHO based structured assessment methods to assess one client.
Documents the assessment results using Occupational therapy terminology.

Assessment methods and criteria

Student uses a Goal and feedback form to write the goals for the clinical practice, evaluates how reaches the goals, gets written feedback from clinical supervisor and teacher. Student writes a document of clients evaluation results and a summary using conceptual practice model.
