Asiakaslähtöistä harjoittelua ennen:
Lääkehoito 1 ja siihen sisältyvät lääkelaskut suoritettu.
Pitkäaikaisesti sairastuneiden hoitotyön teoriaopetukset suoritettu, laboraatiot ja sisätautien lääkelaskut hyväksytty. Lääkehoito 2 opintojaksosta suoritettuna laboraatiot 1 ja 2 ja niihin sisätyvät teoriat.
Opiskelijan tulee tutustua oppilaitoksen harjoitteluohjeisiin ja tulostaa itselleen harjoittelulomakkeet ennen harjoittelua.
Opiskelija vastaa siitä, että hän on perillä harjoittelun vaatimuksista ja ohjeista.
Opiskelijan tulee esitellä päivitetty jobiili CV:nsä sekä tavoitteensa työelämäohjaajalleen ensimmäisten harjoittelupäivien aikana.
Harjoittelun päätyttyä opiskelija palauttaa tehtävän ja harjoittelun lomakkeet asianmukaisesti täytettynä ohjaavalle opettajalle.
