Objective
Students are familiar with the key conditions for reliability of biomechanical examinations. They know how to carry out static examinations of lower extremities non-weight bearing and weight bearing, in order to identify any possible abnormalities occurring in the biomechanics and alignments of the lower extremities and feet. Students know how to carry out dynamic examinations in order to confirm whether the biomechanical abnormalities detected in the static examination of a client also occur while walking. Students are able to adjust biomechanical examinations to suit clients of different ages.
