Objective
After completing the study unit, students are able to explain the special features of evidence-based leadership in public health nursing. They act in a client- and future-oriented way. Students innovate and develop public health nursing in diverse work groups and networks. They can participate in social discussion on health promotion. Students analyse the challenges of multiprofessional and international cooperation in public health nursing. They evaluate their own work and competence critically and question its effectiveness actively.
