Excellent
Excellent performance in all elements of the course: shows interest and motivation in individual and team activities and assignments, fully applies and clearly articulates concepts and information both verbally and in writing. The student is able to support his/her argument with references to the recommended reading and lecture content. Excellent presentation, delivery and analysis.
The course is assessed on the 0 (failed) – 5 (excellent) grading scale.
Student workload
The student workload is 5 credits including all forms of learning: contact studies in class, self-studies and completing assignments (appx.135 hours, calculating 1 credit as appx. 27 hours).
Assignment outline:
There are two course assignments: a competitive environment analysis of the student’s own industry and building a business model of the company. Both assignments are performed as individual tasks.

The student understands the essentials of business modelling tools and methods in digital environment. The student is able to apply them to their own organization. The student is able to analyze the drivers of competitive environment particularly in digital era. The student understands the fundamentals of environment and industry analysis. He/she can apply the tools and methods to analyzing competitive business environment.
