Objective
The student
• understands the strategic role of purchasing and sourcing
• is able to identify purchasing and materials management processes and perform the related operational tasks by using an ERP system
• is able to plan purchases and make inventory management-related decisions
• understands how to analyse supplier performance and form key performance indicators from operational, economical, risk management, and sustainability perspectives.

Location and time
The course begins on September 2nd and concludes on December 9th. Classes will be held weekly on Mondays from 11:30 to 14:00, according to the provided schedule. Please note that there may be some weeks off, so students should regularly check the weekly schedule for any updates.
