Learning outcomes
The significance of forecasts for financial management will be understood by the student. He/she is able to prepare forecasts and prognoses using the digital information provided by the company. The student has a clear picture of the budgeting process as a whole, and he/she understands how the budgets and forecasts are linked to the corporate strategy.
