Learning outcomes
The student will learn to plan and manage the project work, the human- and time resources. The student understands the importance of the leadership and project management, is aware of the different areas of event management and is able to systematically plan and manage them. The student is able to assess and take account of the risks while planning and managing projects. The student is familiar with the different areas of event production and is able to perceive the cycle of the event production. The student learns how to work with sub-networks.

The student understands the project life cycle from the idea, analyzing of the needs, financial-, time- and human resourcing and event environment planning to the managing part as well as to project evaluation. He/she knows the basic conditions for a successful event and the importance of project management.

The student knows well the project phases from working with the idea to the final evaluation. He/she understands the basic conditions for a successful event and the importance of project management.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student has an excellent knowledge of the project’s life cycle from the idea, analyzing of the needs, financial-, time- and human resourcing and event environment planning to the managing part as well as to project evaluation. The student is able to review the success of the project and his/her own performance analytically. The student is able to identify potential risks as well as control them. He/she masters the basic conditions for a successful event and the importance of project management.
