Objective

The student will have basic knowledge of renovation as well as how to maintain, mend, and complement existing surroundings from different architectural periods. The student will be able to record building heritage by measured drawings and photographs. The student will be familiar with the methods of repairing old frameworks either for conservation or renewal purposes. The student will know the special features of applying building codes for renovation. The student will be able to plan the interior of a small-scale renovation target taking into account the architectural requirements.
