Learning outcomes

The student masters the production process of a short fiction film and can divide it into phases. The student can lead and communicate with the production crew during pre-production phase. The student can construct a budget for a small-scale fiction film production and knows how to negotiate about the budget with production crew and investors. The student knows how to do casting and location scouting. The student knows various digital production management tools. The student knows digital post-production process and key terminology as well as job descriptions of post-production personnel. The student can take into consideration the needs of digital post-production during different phases of the production as well as in cost assessment.
